Return Policy for Swade Records

At Swade Records, we want you to enjoy your music experience, whether it's on CD, vinyl, or as a digital download. If there’s an issue with your purchase, we’ve outlined our return policy below to make the process as easy as possible for you.

1. Physical Items (CDs & Vinyl)

We understand that things don’t always go as planned. If you encounter an issue with your physical product, here’s how we handle returns:

Damaged or Defective Products:

If your CD or vinyl arrives damaged during shipping or is defective (e.g., skipping, warping, or any other manufacturing faults), please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

We’ll provide either a replacement or a full refund based on your preference and product availability.

To get started, email us at info@swaderecords.com with your order number and a description of the issue, along with photos of the damage or defect.

Changed Your Mind?

We cannot accept returns for “change of mind” or “incorrect orders.”

However, if your item is unopened and in its original packaging, we may be able to process an exchange on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order for consideration.

2. Digital Downloads

All sales of digital downloads are final. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once the files have been downloaded. However, if you experience issues with downloading (e.g., corrupted files or missing content), please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll provide you with a new download link.

3. How to Return an Item

If you’re eligible for a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Email us at info@swaderecords.com with your order number and reason for return.

If returning a physical item, we will provide instructions for returning the product to our address:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item was damaged or defective.

After we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund or replacement as quickly as possible.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

Opened vinyl or CDs (unless defective or damaged).

Digital downloads once they’ve been downloaded.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product (e.g., for a different vinyl color or size), please contact us at info@swaderecords.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and you may need to cover the shipping cost.
